Landlord tailored safety packages
Designed for landlords, letting agents and property management companies who require compliance with legislation, where they are required to administer annual gas and / or periodic electrical safety checks to ensure the safety of their staff, tenants and property. We can deliver two separate reports, one for gas and one for electrics in one visit. These reports are on CORGI or IEE forms which are recognised under the law.

Where Landlords have a number of properties to be inspected a group inspection can be arranged. We offer packaged and discounted deals tailored to your needs and can deliver our Landlord services within London.

• Gas Installation Inspection
Gas installation inspection involves walking the system to locate any problems. This is followed by a gas installation tightness test for each property to locate leaks.

•Gas Appliance Safety Inspection
Gas Appliance Safety Inspection for gas appliances such as Boiler, Cooker and Fire. We will carry out a number of tests that include testing for carbon monoxide and gas leaks as well as the ventilation and flue roots.

•Gas Appliance Service
Neglected gas appliances can become dangerous when not functioning or burning cleanly as intended. Regular servicing helps to ensure the safe and economic running of an appliance.
